The returned item needs the establishment’s approval to apply the return process.
The returned item must be inspected after its return to verify and ensure the authenticity of the damage, and this is up to the establishment’s management.

If you only requested to adhere to the order time in case of a change from the specified final appointment, please contact us via WhatsApp.
There is no warranty on the parts.
There is a return or replacement if the product has a problem, only within 24 hours of receiving the order from the shipment.
When ordering, you cannot modify the order. Please make sure your order is correct.
The duration of refunding the value of the paid card is from two days to two weeks according to the bank’s policy and according to the type of card.
Delivery within the UAE takes 14-28 days, but usually, it takes less than that. Delivery outside the UAE takes 14-28 days, and jewelry may take up to 20 days.
Customs fees do not include shipping fees.
